Meet Ariel

Ariel Eliza

As an artist, I use the elements of water, movement, and light to explore the concept of meditative thinking in my paintings. I believe that the use of these elements allows me to tap into a deeper level of creativity and create work that promotes a sense of calm and introspection.

Water is a central element in my work. I use it to create organic, fluid shapes that represent the flow of thoughts and emotions. By moving the water around the canvas, I am able to explore the interplay between order and chaos, control and spontaneity.

Movement is another important aspect of my work. Through the physical act of painting, I am able to engage with my body and connect with a sense of inner stillness. By allowing my movements to be guided by intuition, I am able to tap into a deeper, more intuitive level of creativity.

Light is also a crucial element in my work. I use it to create depth and dimension, to highlight certain areas of the painting and create a sense of atmosphere. By playing with light and shadow, I am able to create a sense of movement and energy in my work.

Through my paintings, I aim to create a sense of balance and harmony, both within the painting itself and in the viewer's experience of it. I want my work to encourage viewers to slow down and engage in meditative thinking, to reflect on their own thought processes and find a sense of inner peace.

Ultimately, my goal as an artist is to create work that speaks to the power of the creative process in promoting mindfulness and wellbeing. By using the elements of water, movement, and light in my work, I hope to inspire viewers to embrace their own creative potential and find a sense of balance and calm in their lives.
